Currently, it has an annual production capacity of 1,350,000 pig slaughters, produces more than 7,600 tons of sausages and makes more than 380,000 cured hams. KAIS MES is a specialized system that optimizes meat production by efficiently allocating resources, reducing downtime and improving production processes. It provides continuous monitoring and control of the plant
through customizable dashboards, which convert data into valuable information to evaluate performance in real time.
KAIS MES drives the company’s 4.0 automation with an innovative system for the control of robotic elements on the production, packaging and boxing lines. It also includes the comprehensive management of the labelling lines and a contingency system for packaging trains. The collection of data in real time, using technologies such as RFID or artificial vision, allows those responsible for the production line to view the status of production in real time and monitor the KPIs to detect incidents, identify bottlenecks and reschedule the process to avoid interruptions.
